JAGALP will be hosting our next CLE via zoom at 1100 a.m. EST on November 20, 2021. The CLE will be on Corporate Contracting which will cover topics such as:
The lifecycle of a contract, overview of corporate supply chain, supply chain professional roles, current trends, recurring and current legal disputes in supply chain, other corporate functions for consideration.

    The CLE will last for one hour and will be led by Adam Mesick. Adam is currently corporate counsel at Cummins Inc. where he supports the Supply Chain Organization on an array of matters including contracting, negotiation, dispute resolution, and legal system development
